Aesthetic Nurse Lorna (Formally CIBL) was established in 2019 by Lorna Zelenak, a Registered Nurse who has worked in healthcare for over 8 years. She always had an underlying passion for skincare and aesthetics, which led her to complete a Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing and go on to complete many hours of one on one training with specialised doctors and nurses. She then began to work and eventually opened her own clinic.

Over the years she has seen and worked in different clinics that she found were money driven, and actively advocates against this. CIBL is founded on transparency from nurse to patient about procedures, risks and side effects. She is vocal about advocating for real, unphotoshopped results and realistic expectations.

With the team now growing, Lorna’s goal is to create a clinic where nurses feel that they can provide realistic treatments and results, and for patients to feel well informed and receive the upmost best care. This goal has already been achieved for over 500 clientele, and continues to grow each day.

We know we are hitting home with our message, as Cosmetic Injectables by Lorna is a two-time finalist in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards and also two-time finalist in the Australian Womens Small Business Champion Awards.

Founder, Registered Nurse Division 1
Experience: 5th Year Injecting
Lorna is a Registered Nurse (Division 1) who comes from an acute medical background and has worked in healthcare for over 8 years. Prior to working in the hospital, Lorna always had an underlying passion for skincare and aesthetics. This passion led her to complete a Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing and go on to complete many hours of one on one training with specialised doctors and nurses. She then began to work and eventually opened her own clinic. Alongside this, Lorna was also a part of the COVID-19 Vaccination Response Team with The Department of Health. With experience across the board, Lorna has developed advanced assessment and injecting skills in order to leave her clients full of confidence.
Lorna is also currently shaking up the aesthetics industry, with a goal to create transparency from nurse to patient about procedures, risks and side effects. She is vocal about advocating for real, unphotoshopped results and realistic expectations. Within this, Lorna is helping mentor nurses to bring them into an industry where they are well informed and supported to create the best patient outcomes.

Alycia is the eyes and ears of the business and plays a fundamental part to it running day to day. You will might find her planning an instagram post one day, to answering text messages and phones the next!
Alycia recently completed a Certificate in Beginner Facials, meaning you’ll also find her in clinic making clients glowy all year round!
You’ll find Alycia in her spare time relaxing in the sun in the warm weather or in the clinic topping up her tox!
Alycias’ knowledge (and experience) in the industry means if you ever need to chat with her - she knows exactly what you’re talking about! Her warm, personable approach makes her a face that is hard to forget!
