Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings close 12 hours before the session starts. If you are running late, we will have to customise your treatment to the timeframe we have available. 

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note your deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking. If you cancel and reschedule your booking within a 24 hour timeframe (for example, you cancel at 7pm on Friday and return by 7pm on Saturday) your deposit will rollover. If not, your deposit is kept and another must be made to secure your next booking.

If you choose to cancel within 24 hours and you have not made a deposit, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the credit/debit card given upon booking.

Your booking deposit can be redeemed on your treatment or product.

If you cancel more than 3 times with less than 24 hours notice, please note you will be blacklisted and will be unable to receive any future treatments.
