Why can I no longer view your work online?

Due to reinforced TGA guidelines on the 08/03/2024, we unfortunately can no longer share before and after images of our work. However, if you come in for a consult and are deemed suitable for a prescription - you will be provided access to our in clinic portfolio which shows before and afters.

Why can’t I view your price list?

Due to the TGA reinforcing guidelines on the 8th March, 2024 - we unfortunately are not able to specify further into services we provide, including prices. Please note if you try message us with the same questions we cannot answer this any more until you meet with us for a consultation. We want to make this crystal clear, you can message us as many times as you like, but we cannot provide you any information further until you have a consultation. We do not want to receive fines. We want to comply with laws to keep you safe.

Can I ask what services you provide?

You can, however we have to answer this very carefully due to the TGA laws. Aesthetic Nurse Lorna focuses around facial aesthetics and can provide consultations on reducing wrinkles and volume loss. She also provides microneedling services. Aesthetic Nurse Alycia, on the other hand, provides all facial services.

Is it just you this has impacted?

No, effective from the date above this has impacted all practitioners in aesthetics in Australia. If we do not comply, we can receive very hefty fines. As you can understand, our hands are tied. We understand that this may be frustrating for you, but this is out of our hands.

Why did the TGA reinforce these laws/guidelines.

The TGA believes that the consumer is now more vulnerable than ever, especially in the age of social media. You can read more here and here.

Can I see some before and afters?

Once you come into the clinic and you are medically suitable for a prescription, you will be allowed to see our flip book of images. However this is not allowed online - only when you come into the clinic.
