About Consultations

What occurs in a consultation?

In a consultation, we start by taking your medical and cosmetic past history. After this, we will discuss what brings you into the clinic. From there, we perform a total face assessment and provide you with helpful advice and a treatment plan. Please note, depending on the outcome of the consultation, this may or may not lead to the provision of a prescription.

Aesthetic Nurse Lorna (RN) can provide consultations on reducing wrinkles and helping volume loss, and well as microneedling services.

Aesthetic Nurse Alycia (EN) can provide all facial services.

Is there a cost to a consultation?

Consultations are complimentary. However, a $50 deposit is required to secure the booking. If you decide to cancel your consultation your deposit is held. If you attend and choose to treat, it can be deducted off treatment. If you choose not to treat, then it is returned back to you.

Does consultations allow time for treatment on the day?

You will be offered a health-practitioner-led consultation and that, depending on the outcome of the consultation, this may or may not lead to the provision of a prescription.

Should I book for a consultation if I am unsure what to have done?

Absolutely! This way we can have a good chat and form the best treatment plan for you!

Why is there not much information here? I want to know more!

Due to the TGA reinforcing guidelines on the 8th March, 2024 - we unfortunately are not able to specify further into services we provide, including prices. Please note if you try message us with the same questions we cannot answer this any more until you meet with us for a consultation.

Can I see some before and afters?

Once you come into the clinic and you are medically suitable for a prescription, you will be allowed to see our flip book of images. However this is not allowed online - only when you come into the clinic.
